About This Product

Tired of that awkward hood prop rod?

Upgrade to these gas lift supports that make opening your Infiniti's hood so much easier!

This 2-piece set is specifically designed for 2013-2014 Infiniti JX35 and 2014-2019 QX60 models (all trim levels including Base, HEV, Hybrid, Inspiration, Perfection, and Seduction).

They replace OEM part numbers 6847, 65470-3JA0A, 65471-3JA0A, SG425026, and PM3883.

Each strut extends to 11.83 inches and compresses to 7.68 inches, providing the perfect lift and support for your hood.

The black painted body offers excellent anti-rust protection, ensuring they'll last through years of use.

These are direct OE replacements, so they fit perfectly without any modifications needed.

Installation is pretty straightforward - no special tools required, though professional installation is recommended if you're not comfortable working on your vehicle.

The high-strength leak-proof piston seal prevents gas from escaping over time.

The superior rod finish resists corrosion, which is crucial for components exposed to the elements.

You'll notice how much easier it is to lift your hood - reduced closing effort and smooth operation every time.

The rods are straightly aligned, round ground, and galvanized for maximum durability.

The cylinder tubes are cold rolled and painted with epoxy paint for added protection.

They meet ISO standards and OEM specifications, so you're getting quality that matches factory parts.

Comes with a two-year warranty for peace of mind.

If your current hood struts won't hold the hood up anymore or have completely failed, these replacements will restore that convenience you've been missing.

No more fighting with that flimsy prop rod or worrying about the hood falling on your head while you're working.

Perfect for DIY mechanics who want to improve their vehicle's functionality.

Your Infiniti will feel premium again with hood struts that actually work properly.

Definitely one of those upgrades that makes you wonder why you waited so long to replace them!
